Weed is the most commonly used recreational drug. And is among the first to be used, people all over the world are looking for tips to stop smoking marijuana. And the list goes on and on, personally my reason to quitting was to find a good job to help my family.
I decided to research the long term effects that marijuana have on a person and that would be my motivation to stop smoking as well. I believe that this alone is a good tip to stop smoking weed .
Some of the questions that I researched are:

Did you know that Studies of marijuana’s mental effects show that the drug can impair or reduce short-term memory, alter sense of time, and reduce ability to do things which require concentration, swift reactions, and coordination, such as driving a car or operating machinery
• What is the psychological dependence of pot ? It turns out that long term users have a hard time limiting their use. And they also need more to get the same effect. Which I have discovered for myself lol.

The first step would be to admit to you that you are ready to quit and are willing to take the time to do so. This may mean removing yourself from the element. This in its own is a good tip to stop smoking weed ; because if you are not around it how can you still smoke it?

• Jog , Exercise these all help relieve stress and the reason most people smoke pot is to relieve stress so simply do one of these activates in place.
• Remember the negative effects that you had while under the influence of marijuana and use these to motivate and help you to not do it again.
By using these tips to stop smoking weed you are at the beginning now all you have to do is follow these tips and have some will power you can to ultimately be marijuana free.
