Visit Northern Forest Heritage Park, Berlin, NH

Northern Forest Heritage Park is a terrific place to spend a day learning about the history and heritage of New Hampshire’s Great North Woods Region. Northern Forest Heritage Park is located in Berlin, NH within the Great North Woods. It is open year round, and a variety of activities, events and attractions are available here seasonally.

Northern Forest Heritage Park is a three-acre site that features waterfront access to the Androscoggin River as well as walkways and an outdoor amphitheater. A full-sized replica of a logging camp as well as other exhibits are available on site, as well.

The Brown Company House Museum at Northern Forest Heritage Park is an historic building you can tour on your visit. It was originally constructed to serve as a boarding house for employees of a 19th century company’s sawmill. You can also tour an Artisans gallery on your visit to Northern Forest Heritage Park and shop for handcrafted gifts at the Artisans Gift Shop located here.

Scenic River Boat Tours are available seasonally at Northern Forest Heritage Park, and special events and festivals are held here throughout the year.
